With the ability to attend counseling from anywhere, people are more easily able to prioritize self-care. When you don’t have to worry about making it across town to get to your appointment on time, you are able to start your session in a more calm frame of mind. 

Privacy is foundational to the therapeutic relationship. Therefore, our video call system, Simple Practice is secure, confidential and HIPAA compliant so that your health information is always protected. 

No, absolutely not. Sessions are never recorded. Each session has a unique URL specific to that date & time, only shared between Client & Therapist. After the session, that URL is no longer is effective.
